Official start with introductions, team intros, and a live questionnaire. Group poll covering experience level, team size, best revenue month, and where everyone is from. Live map pins are added, questions are gathered on screen, and the group identifies key pain points with luxury video.
10:30 AM – Kevin, Optimizing for Scale (60 minutes)
How to structure your business for scale, followed by a full video breakdown. We will watch a listing video and count shots, compare shot counts for small versus large homes, discuss ideal timing for each, review the four core shot types plus creative shots, then watch again to call out shots in real time. Side by side comparisons show how shots were captured versus the final product.
11:30 AM – Camera settings and prep (30 minutes)
Balance gimbals and prep cameras. Coaches will rotate to help dial in settings and make sure everyone is ready.
12:00 PM – Lunch (30 minutes)
12:30 PM – Ninja walking drills (60 minutes)
Master the ninja walk the right way. Focus on smooth movement, body mechanics, and consistency. Even if your ninja walk is solid, pay attention to how it is taught, as this becomes the foundation for training your team.
1:30 PM – Stations (2 hours)
Hands on station rotations focused on must have shots for premium listing videos. You will spend about 20 minutes at each station with direct coaching and feedback. Attendees will be split into four groups:
Station 1: James, detail shots
Station 2: Kevin, parallaxes
Station 3: Max, creative shots station
Station 4: Andrea, establishing shots and creative shots

How to manage agent on camera from start to finish. Covers how to position yourself as the expert, manage expectations on set, and control the shoot. Includes scripting frameworks, directing agents naturally, leading with examples, asking for the collaboration post, choosing music, avoiding revisions, and using agent on camera videos to grow your business.
2:00 PM – Agent on camera, hands on practice (90 minutes)
Live demo followed by structured hands on practice. Attendees will break into small groups to script, direct, and shoot agent on camera clips in different areas of the home. Coaches will rotate through groups to provide real time feedback, corrections, and direction.
