Everything you need to plan travel, show up prepared, and get the most out of the workshop. Orlando, Florida, January 9 and 10
Friday and Saturday are workshop days. Doors open at 9:30 AM both days and the workshop starts promptly at 10:00 AM. Plan for a wrap around 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on shooting flow and Q&A. Saturday night we will be doing a group dinner and event wrap up at Topgolf. The exact workshop address will be sent the day before at the request of the property owners.
No attendee vehicles will be allowed on site per the request of the property owners. Please plan to rideshare to and from the workshop. You may rent a car for personal use, but rideshare only for workshop days. This is why we recommend staying together, and why we are staying at Element Orlando Universal Blvd.
Please join the WhatsApp group as soon as possible. This is where you will see who is coming, coordinate rideshares, connect ahead of time, and receive the most up to date information.

This is a two day, hands on workshop focused on real estate video production and agent branding workflows. Expect real time shooting exercises inside a luxury setting, guided direction on how we approach coverage, movement, and shot selection, and practical breakdowns on workflow systems, music selection, editor handoff, and delivery strategy so you leave with repeatable processes. We will also spend time reviewing footage and discussing how to make decisions faster on set, and how to create premium results at scale.
- Your camera setup and your current gimbal, whatever you actually shoot with

The workshop takes place inside a luxury home in the Orlando area. You can confidently book flights and lodging now. We recommend staying near Florida Center, specifically around Element Orlando Universal Blvd. The workshop location will be very close to this area.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest major airport. We recommend using rideshare for workshop days. If you rent a car for personal use, plan to rideshare to and from the workshop since no attendee vehicles will be allowed on site.
