Kick off the weekend with a casual meet and greet alongside the coaches and other attendees.
Connect, get to know everyone, and settle in before the workshop officially begins Friday morning.

Welcome & Introductions
We’ll kick things off with a quick welcome, introduce the coaching team, and walk through what to expect over the next two days.
10:30–11:15 AM — Kevin Salgado
Optimizing for Scale
Kevin will break down the shooting framework Nashville Media uses to train brand-new photographers who have never held a camera and get them shooting at a professional level fast.
Learn how repeatable composition, shot selection, and shooting systems can improve your work while making your business easier to train and scale.
11:15–11:45 AM — Camera Settings & Prep
Dial in your camera settings, balance your gimbal, and make sure your gear is ready for the hands-on portion of the day.
Sony and Canon settings guides will be provided ahead of the workshop so we can spend less time inside menus and more time shooting.
11:45 AM–12:15 PM — Lunch
Quick lunch before we move directly into the hands-on portion of the workshop.
12:15–1:15 PM — Ninja Walking Mastery
Take your ninja walk to another level by breaking down the body mechanics behind smooth, consistent movement.
You’ll learn the simple training process we use to help new team members lock in their movement quickly and make great camera motion repeatable.
1:15–3:15 PM — Guided Stations
Split into small groups and rotate through hands-on stations led directly by the coaches.
You’ll learn their go-to movements for luxury videos while breaking down the body mechanics, framing, and thought process behind each shot so you can recreate it consistently.

3:15–3:45 PM — Shooting Q&A / Open Forum
We’ll regroup after the hands-on sessions and open the floor for questions.
Ask about movement, composition, specific shots, techniques from the stations, or anything you want to revisit before we bring everything together.
3:45–4:45 PM — Video Breakdown
James Bottomley & Mikołaj Kantor
Two coaches. Two distinct perspectives.
James and Mikołaj will each screen one of their own listing videos and break down the shots, movement, composition, and creative decisions behind the final piece.
See how the techniques you just practiced come together inside a finished video and ask questions in real time.
4:45–5:00 PM — Day One Wrap-Up
We’ll close out Day One with final takeaways and everything you need to know heading into Friday night and Day Two.
5:00 PM — Day One Concludes
6:00–9:00 PM — VIP Owners’ Mastermind Dinner
VIP ticket holders are invited to an intimate dinner with the coaching team.
This is where we go deeper into growth, scaling, leadership, team building, what’s working, what isn’t, and the decisions behind building a real business.

One final chance to ask questions, connect with the coaches, trade ideas with other attendees, grab photos, and continue the conversations from the weekend.
Our production team will also be capturing attendee testimonials and photos throughout the final hour before everyone heads out to reset for Topgolf.
5:00 PM — Workshop Concludes
Head back to your hotel, drop off your gear, and get ready to meet us at Topgolf.
6:00–9:00 PM — Topgolf
All attendees are invited to join us at Topgolf to close out the weekend.
