Two day schedule at a glance so you know exactly what is happening and when. Austin, Texas • February 27-28

Day One

9:30 AM — Doors Open
Arrive, explore the property, meet fellow attendees, and get your gear settled before we begin.

10:00 – 10:30 — Welcome & Introductions
We’ll kick things off by getting to know who’s in the room and what brought you here. You’ll meet the coaches, learn about their backgrounds, and we’ll discuss experience levels, goals, and the challenges that matter most to you.

10:30 – 11:15 — Kevin Salgado — Optimizing for Scale
Learn how composition drives an efficient video workflow. See how photo composition guides video angles and flow, then break down a listing video to review shot counts, shot types, and what actually makes the final cut.
You’ll leave with a clear shooting framework that improves quality while eliminating overshooting.

11:15 – 11:45 — Camera Settings & Prep
Dial in your camera settings, balance your gimbal, and make sure your gear is fully ready for the day. Coaches will circulate to help you fine tune your setup.

11:45 – 12:15 — Lunch

12:15 – 1:15 — Ninja Walking Mastery
Learn the movement fundamentals behind smooth, professional camera motion. The ninja walk is the foundation for great video, and mastering it improves every shot you capture.
We’ll focus on body mechanics, stability, and consistency you can apply immediately and use to train future team members.

1:15 – 3:15 — Guided Stations
Hands on shooting stations focused on the essential shots and techniques used in premium listing videos. Attendees will move through guided stations with direct coaching and real time feedback.
Groups will be organized by experience level to ensure everyone receives the most relevant instruction and support.

3:15 – 4:00 — James Bottomley — Shooting Philosophy & Composition
Learn how intentional composition and shot selection create cinematic results without unnecessary complexity. Practical framing and storytelling principles help elevate visuals while keeping your process efficient.

4:00 – 4:10 — Quick Reset & Direction
We’ll outline the final shooting session and help you focus on what to practice.

4:10 – 5:00 — Shoot the House
Apply what you’ve learned by shooting the property at your own pace. Coaches will be available for guidance, feedback, and additional help as needed.

5:00 PM — Day One Concludes

6:00 – 9:00 PM — VIP Mastermind Dinner
VIP ticket holders are invited to an intimate dinner with the coaching team. This is your opportunity to connect directly, ask questions, and gain insight into the business decisions and strategies behind real growth.
This session is designed for business owners ready to scale to the next level. Expect open conversation around growth, leadership, marketing, team building, and the decisions that create momentum.

Day Two

11:15 – 12:00 — Max Sock — The Four Bottlenecks of Scaling
Learn how to scale like a real agency, not a stressed out solo shooter. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and build systems that support shooters, editors, and delivery without quality falling off.

12:00 – 12:30 — Lunch

12:30 PM — Group Photo
We’ll take a quick group photo while everyone is gathered and moving between sessions.

12:30 – 1:00 — Matt (AutoHDR) — Scaling with Automation
Discover how automation and emerging tools can streamline your workflow, improve consistency, and save valuable editing time.

1:00 – 2:30 — Kevin Salgado — Agent on Camera Framework & Live Demonstration
Learn how to confidently direct agents on camera from start to finish. You’ll see how to shape the script, guide delivery, and create confident, professional on camera performances.
Watch the full process unfold live and learn how to lead the interaction, bring the right energy,
and guide agents in a way that builds trust and elevates the final video.

2:30 – 4:30 — Hands-On Application & Open Shooting
Put the process into action as you practice directing and delivering agent on camera segments.
Coaches will circulate to provide feedback and help refine delivery, confidence, and on set
communication.
Attendees may also use this time to create promotional content, share workshop takeaways,
film agent-facing videos, or continue practicing by shooting the property.

4:30 – 5:00 — Final Wrap Up & Coaching Panel
The coaching team shares final observations, key takeaways, and lessons from the weekend.
We’ll reinforce what matters most and send you home with clarity and confidence.

6:00 – 9:00 PM — Topgolf & Dinner
All attendees are invited to join us for an evening at Topgolf. This is a great opportunity to
connect, unwind, and continue building relationships with fellow attendees and coaches.
